Development Counseling is not considered a specific discipline with a defined body of knowledge, such as brokerage or property management. Rather, development counseling is a process that one requires technical competency, critical inquiry and objective analysis, all of which are directed toward the best results for a client.
The firm is engaged in commercial projects in the Tyler, Longview and Waco markets. Compensation is based on market fees and/or equity participation.
